510 LOW RESISTANCE Cartomizer 5 pack (Empty) Cartomizers are an atomizer and cartridge in 1 solid piece. They tend to hold more juice than a cartridge so you will re-fill these units less often. These units are not pre-filled with liquid nicotine. You will need to fill them before use. These units work great on the Ego Excalibur unit as well as any unit requiring a 510 atomizer. They are LOW RESISTANCE which means that they give a very strong "Throat Hit".
